  If all attendees will be based at a laptop or PC during the audio conference, it may be easier to schedule an online meeting through Teams and turn off your webcam.

  If some attendees are unable to use the Teams web or desktop app, they may need to join the online meeting using their phone. You can generate a phone number and conference ID in Outlook when you create your Teams meeting.

  This is not available to all staff so request this add-on from the IT Service Desk.

• Conference telephones

  If you're meeting in person and a few participants need to join remotely, you can request a conference telephone. You can include up to six external phone numbers in the conference call.
