OneDrive for Business allows you to save files to the cloud instead of your PC so you can access them on any device. Only you and whoever you choose to share them with can view these documents.
Log in to OneDrive for Business
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal to use the web app.
- Open File Explorer on your staff desktop. Above This PC, you'll see a folder called OneDrive - University of St Andrews. Anything you save here uploads to the cloud.
- Download the mobile app from your app store.

Bookings is for 'book-a-person' services (like counselling) rather than 'book a space or product' services (like bike hire).
If you're the only person providing your service, it's easier to use your personal Outlook Calendar to send and receive appointments or use Bookings with Me.
