Research focuses on four themes:
- applied theory, decision theory, and game theory
- empirical economics and econometrics
- finance
- macro and international economics
The School hosts a regular series of seminar events which feature presentations from outstanding experts in their field, both from St Andrews as well as other institutions around the world.
